What you will do
- Build the AI agent systems and research infrastructure that carry our customers’ R&D.
- Go deep on our internal advanced research.
- Turn how design partners actually work into infrastructure.
- Design evaluation frameworks for R&D infrastructure.
- Ship fast and take ownership across the stack.

- Self-driven and excited to build from the ground up.
- Rigorous research mindset, attention to detail.
- AI-native: hands-on with modern AI tools and agents.
- Background in applied AI research, evaluation, and product.
- Technical taste — you can tell which problems matter.
- Entrepreneurial. You want to build novel systems.

Compensation
$120–200K · 1–3% equity · full benefits
